Bruce, it’s not that complicated. The reason the deer ate your grapes is because they are the most delicious grapes available for ice wine!!

One of these years I want to buy a case of your ice wine and try a bottle every 5-10 years to see how it develops. Who am I kidding? It would all be gone by the end of the first month.

We are so glad that you, Kees and your team do all the work required to hopefully end up with enough dehydrated grapes to make this special wine, Kristy’s favorite. It is also admirable, while the risk is high, that you decided to make the donation to the Aspen event. No doubt those guests will experience something special, possibly from a place that they had not heard of or tried before. I believe the entire #FLX Wine community will benefit from your donation. Lots of risk all around, but without risk comes little reward - and certainly something that is part of your every day. Cheers to Ice Wine and all the positives that it, and this experiment, may bring.

Thank you, Bill. And for putting all that Ice Wine out there, "No pain, no gain. No risk, no reward."
